Parliament Meets.
[PBB PBKBB ABSOOIATIOK.} Wellington, April 9. For the fifth time in it shistory and fo rthe first. time for 21 years Parliament met this year in the month of April. The opening ceremony this afternoon was performed at 2.30 by his Excellency, the Governor General. The majority of the members of the House have arrived, but the weather is wet and gloomy.
