FIGHTING AT THE DEAD SEA
Received this day at 10.5 a.m. London, December 19. An official Palestine message says: We have seized the high ground eastward of Abudis and southeastward of Jerusalem. Our casualties have been considerably less than the Turkish dead. • Our aeroplanes are bombing boats and troops at the north end of the Dead Sea.
