EVERYBODY'S PICTURES
THE SEIGE OF VERDUN TO-NIGHT.
One of the greatest battles fought by our brave Allies will be vividly depicted on the screen at Everybody's to-night. Everyone is familiar with the Battle of Verdun, and the people of Levin and surrounding districts have now the opportunity of the greatest battles fought in the world's history. The prices have not been raised. The plan is at Aitken's, and no extra for booking is charged.
One of the best Fox films yet is the attraction at Everybody's on Friday and Saturday. "The Regeneration" is the name of the picture, which vividly depicts a most appealing heart interest story, filled with thrilling climaxes. It is a picturisation of Owen Kildare's romantic and tragic story, "My Mamie Rose," and is acclaimed by New York critics as the latest screen triumphs. The usual prize matinee takes place on Saturday, afternoon, when a specially selected programme will be shown. In addition, on Friday and Saturday there will be a Fox comedy, "An Areal Joy Ride," and another episode in " The Broken Coin," the serial with Lucille Love in the lead. Mary Pickford, in " Less than the Dust," is billed for October 30th and 31st.
