Fine Results from Cows in Gardens
Hugh McLean, Arrowtown, was convicted and fined 10s (costs 10s) by Mr A. E. Dobbie, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Queenstown, last Friday. Constable Gr. P. Ogilvie said the charge arose from complaints received when McLean’s cows had entered gardens at night and denuded them of vegetables.
