CHRISTMAS CAROL SERVICE

An anthem and a selection of Christmas carols was given by the choir and friends of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Queenstown, at the evening service last Sunday. The singing, under the able leadership of Mr D. Grant, was of a high quality and was greatly appreciated. Among the soloists were Mrs Cruickshank, of Makerewa, one of our visitors, Mrs J. Burton, Mrs Stone, Miss Christie, and Miss Gwen Davies. Their singing was of a high order. Further carols by the choir will be given next Sunday evening.
