MINISTER INDUCTED

At the Hawea Flat Presbyterian Church last Friday evening the Rev. R. Strang Miller was inducted as minister of the Upper Clutha Parish. The Rev. G. E. Dallard, moderator of of the Central Otago Presbytery, presided over a large attendance. The sermon to the congregation was preached by the Rev. R. R. Welsh, of Oturehua, and the address to the newly ordained minister was delivered by the Rev. A. W. Willoughby. At the conclusion of the induction ceremony a social hour was spent in the Hawea Flat Hall, where an appropriate welcome w r as extended to the Rev. and Mrs Miller on behalf of all branches of the church.
