YOUNG FARMERS’ CLUB
Mr A. Reid presided over a fairly well-attended meeting of the Arrowtown Young Farmers’ Club when arrangements were discussed for a debate with the Tarras club to be held in Arrowtown on December 17, subject to the approval of the Tarras club. All present were in favour of holding wool classes in conjunction with the Federated Farmers during the winter. Mr James Patton gave an address on the construction and operation of diesel engines.
