SUCCESSFUL GARDEN FETE
St. Joseph’s annual garden fete was held iti the school and convent grounds on Saturday in perfect conditions. The financial result was well up to previous years. The principal stalls were set up in St Joseph’s schoolroom. They included fancy work, produce, sweets and cake. Afternoon tea was also served to patrons. The usual competitions contributed largely to the success of the fete.
