LAKE COUNTY COUNCIL fc Pursuant to Section 54 of the Rating Act, 1925, and Amendments thereto, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Council, at. its next meeting to bo held on the 10th day of July, 1947, intends to make and levy the following rates for the year commencing April 1, 1947, and ending March 31, 1948. Pursuant to the Counties’ Act, 1920 (Section 120), a GENERAL RATE of 2gd (twopence and three-eighths of a penny) in the £ on Capital Value. Pursuant to the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926 (Section 52), a HOSPITAL RATE of ftd (threeeighths of a penny) in the £ on Capital Value. Both rates to be levied upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property within the County of Lake, and shall become payable in one sum on the 25th day of August, 1947.
