HELENSVILLE DOMAIN

OPENING DAY

At last Thursday's meeting of the Domain Board, it was decided that the official opening day for the Domain Grounds be Saturday, December 4th. The secretary was instructed to extend invitations to be present to all sports bodies in the district, the local branch of the A.A.A., and also to invite the Auckland Savage Club to send along players to take part in the competi-

tions

It was also resolved to ask the ladies to assist with dispensing of afternoon tea on that day, which will be provided free.

A cordial invitation is extended to all residents and settlers of the district to participate in the opening day, and all who attend are assured of spending a good time.
