Prices for fat stock at the Westfield markets yesterday showed a slight decrease as compared with last week's rates, the drop in beef being about Is per 1001b, Choice ox realised £3 3s per 1001b., other grades fetching from £115s to £3 2s according to quality. A few shorn sheep were offered and brought good prices. Wethers realised from £1 9s to £1 18s 6d, ewes from £1 7s to £1 11s 6d. Wethers in the wool fetched from £1 13s to £3 Bs, ewes |£1 l("s to £2, lambs £1 11s 6d to £2 Bs. A fair number of pigs were sold, baconers and choppers realising irora £6 to £9 4s.
