Mr N. W. Wallace, manager of the Helensville branch of the Bank of New Zealand, has resumed duties kfter his annual holiday. Mr and Mrs Wallace enjoyed an extensive motor tour through the Auckland, Waikato, and King Country districts.

Mr Fendall, who has heen acting as relieving manager of the Bank of New Zealand, at Helensville, has returned to Whangarei. Mr Fendall, who is a keen bowler, spent an enjoyable titno on the greens during hisjsojourn here.

Mr R. Stewart, who lms been nttaclied to the local postal staff for so.ne time, recently resigned from the s-jcrv.je, with the intention of taking up farming near Auckland.
