Helensville, August 12th,

PRESENT Comrs. Lambert (in the chair), H. Thompson, H. Graham, H. Aitkenhead, F. W. Strange, Jas. Stewart, and the Secretary. MINUTES Minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDENCE Outward correspondence was dealt with and approved. Letter from Hon. W. T. S. McDonald was ordered to be received. GENERAL It was resolved that path in grounds be formed according to Mr Aitkenhead's plan, and that Mr Wolsey Allen be asked to contribute £7 10s towards cost. Stewart —Strange. Mr B. L. Bailey was granted one week leave of absence. Messrs Aitkenhead and Stewart reported on interview they had had with the Hon!. Thos. Wilford, re Springs matters, and it was resolved to forward letter, draft of which was submitted, to the Honorable gentleman. It was resolved to instruct the bath attendant to reserve four private baths for use of Maoris only.
