DOMAIN BOARD.

Helensville, June 13th, 19181 PRESENT Comrs. Lambert (in the chair), Thompson, Jas. Stewart, F. W. Strange, H. Aitkenhead, and the Secretary. MINUTES Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRES PON DENCE Outward correspondence was dealt with and approved. IMPROVEMENTS Mr Cor mack waited on the Board with a request that the footpath be put in order. Proposed by Cr. Stewart, seconded by Cr Strange—That 30yds of shell, and one truck of medium-, scoria be procured. N Proposed by Cr Aitkenhead, seconded by the Chairman —That the concrete work suggested by Mr Cormack be done.—Carried. BATH CHARGES A letter was received from Messrs Eddleston and Goad, and Mrs Little, re the increased, charges for the baths. On the motion of the Chairman, seconded by Cr Aitkenhead, it was resclved —That a letter explaining the Board's position be sent by the Secretary.

ADDITION TO GROUNDS

A letter was received from the Lands and Survey Department, covering Gazette notice, that Section 14, B. XIV. Kaipara S.D., containing sa. 3r. 24p., had been added to the Domain grounds. Proposed by Cr Stewart, seconded by Cr Thompson—That a letter of thanks be sent to the Dpartment. —Carried.

HINEMOA HOUSE ACCESS

Cr. Stewart brought up the question of footpath and gate to Hinemoa House, and it was agreed to leave the matter in his hands to arrange with Mr Allen. This was all the business.
