THE STAR THEATRE.

—Saturday—' A picture-plaj- featuring Francis X. Bushman and Beverley Bayne can always be relied upon to maintain the high standard of the Metro Wonderplay. In their latest offering "A MILLION A MINUTE," great opportunities are afforded the two stars to show their versatility and histroinic ability, for the story shifts from the wilda of. Africa to the gaiety and grandeur of Parisian society. Clever touches of comedy, some big dramatic incidents, as well as a delightful romance make this picture intensely interesting. A Drew comedy, an exquisite scenic topical, and episode 13 of " Peg o* the Ring," are among the supporting fiims. ' —Wednesday— '•'■ '-'■ " The Reward "—A novel and strilcragly original dramatic story, °with lovely Bessie Barriscale in' the leading role. As Jane Wallace, the choirus girl who finds 'being good' very lonesome work and who when about to give up the struggle and fall from the straight path, unexpectedly finds there is after all a reward for virtue, Miss Barriscale gives a remarkable impersonation, stirring deeply the sympathy everyone has for the girl facing life alone, and interesting strongly by the powerful story. Episode 12 of "The Mysteries of Myra," and other good items fill the bill. .
