ROCKY NOOK V. AWAROA
A VERY pleasant afternoon was spent on the Awaroa Bowling Club's green, at Helensville, on Saturday last, when some veryinteresting matches were played between members of the Rocky and Awaroa Clubs. The following is the result (Rocky Nook players mentioned first): — Fenton, Page, Scott, H. Jenkin, 28, v Constable, Field, Cullens, Murray, 22.
Clarke, Blockwell, J. Jenkin, Bouskill, 28, v. Aitkenhead, Hill, Bishop, Smith, 19. Buscombe, Roylance, W. Jenkin, Gladding, 24, v. New, Stringer, Garry, Graham, 21. Totals—Rocky Nook, 80, and Awaroa, 62.
