HELENSVILLE- MOUNT REX ROAD.
AT the last meeting of the Waitemata County Council, Cr. Dye moved that tenders be called for the carting and spreading of 550 cubic yards of scoria for the Helensville-Mount Rex Road. The motion was carried, and it was agreed that the engineer and Cr. Dye should deal with- any tenders received, as it would delay the work until too late in the season if tenders were left to be considered by the next meeting of the Council.
