The annual meeting of parishoners to receive the report and balance sheet for the year ending March 31st., 1916, was held in the Church after evensong ou Sunday last. There was a good attendance. The Vicar presided, and Mr Hill (ths Secretary) read the minutes of the last annual meeting, which were duly confirmed. The balance sheet for the current year was then read and adopted. Balance April Ist., 1915, £13 7s sd. Receipts—General offerings, £154 9 8 lid; special offerings, £104 Os 7d; proceeds of Bazaar, £65 17s 4d; various items, £35 2s 9d. Total, £372 18s.

Expenditure—Vicars's stipend, £210; various missions, £11 17s 8d; back stipend fund, £39 18s 7d ; vicarage account, £73 9s lOd ; various items, £20 2s 6d. Credit balance, £17 9s sd.- TjL\ £372 18s. "/r\

The following Church officers were appointed: Vicar's Warden, Mr Henry White, junr. ; People's Warden, Mr S. Olive ; Vestry, Messrs Walter, Stringer, Mills, G. Murphy, E. T. Field, W. Rogers, J. Constable, R. Screaton, Carter, and Hill, Mr A. J. Hill was. re-elected Secretary, and Mr W. R. Fosbroke Auditor.

Special vote of thanks was recorded to " Mr Hill for his untiring efforts as - secretary ; also to the Ladies' Guild for )*.■' their very appreciative efforts during s' the year. The Vicar, whilst congratulating the members -on the position of Parish matters, urged them to xstill further put.forth even greater effort in all branches of the work. He also expressed his thanks to all Church workers throughout the district.
