FLOWER SHOW FOR HELENSVILLE
It is well on the boards that during next summer, the first flower show will be held .in Helensville, sothathorticulturalists will have an opportunity to get ready by, say November. A number of prominent citizens have already promised liberal support, and Mr Jas. Stewart has generously proffered his large, and spacious theatre for the occasion. It is hoped that after the first Show, the future annuals will be made self-supporting, so that there will be no. occasions for subscriptions to be raised—just the membership will be sufficient.
