A CORRECTION
Owing to a printer's error in last issue it stated that the application of the Helensville A. and E,. Association that the Town Board grant the services of tvyo men fpr a day to Jielp jmprove the Show ground, was granted ; \ye hasten to correct the sanie. $W- facts of the resolution for the granting o.f the congession are these—Messrs Field (chairman), Lambert and Wilson voted in favour, while Messrs Becroft, Elliott and Sellars opposed the resolution. This made a tie, when Mr Field (chairman) gave his casting-vote with the Noes, and consequently the resolution was lost, and the Show people had to do without the services of the two men asked for.
