STAR PICTURES

The Pictures continue to attract large audiences, last week's programme winning many encomiums. For to-night the star subject is a splendid coloured drama of sporting life in the United States, entitled " Nigger Jim." There is a powerful A.B. drama depicting real life to an intense degree; also an excellent F.dison drama dealing with a man who would not marry. There is a gorgeous film of Norway's magnificent scenery, and a fine Gaumont educational subject in "Chat about Tortoises." A typical Max Linder comedy screening, together with other amusing features, make up a good programme.
