HELENSVILLE MUSICAL SOCIETY.

The first concert of the season will be held at the Foresters' Hall at 8 p.m. on April 2. The Society has been practicing assiduously, and a good performance is promised of fine music specially chosen. The people of Helensville are fortunate in having in their midst people who are able to give them such a musical treat, and should not let the opportunity pass of showing their appreciation by turning out in large numbers to give the Society their support. Tickets are procurable at Stewart's, Screaton's, and Walter's, also from the members of the Society. Full programme will appear in the next issue. The concert will be followed by a dance as usual.

Final rehearsals will take place on Friday next at Miss Rimmer's room at 7.30 p.m., and on Tuesday next at the Foresters' Hall at 7.45 p.m. It is specially desired that all members be present at these important rehearsals.
