KAIPARA RUGBY UNION

The Helensville and Parakai teams meet at the Show-grounds on Saturday. The match should he very interesting. The Cup matches wfre continued last Saturday. The Kaukapakapa club forfeited to Parakai, being itnahie to raise a team. In the game at Waimauku, which was keenly and closely contested, the Helensville team were returned winners by 9 points against 6. Each team lodged a protest, which will be dealt with at the Union meeting this evening. Arnold McLeod sprained his knee rather badly when practising on the show-ground last Saturday, and he will be much missed from the Parakai team in their approaching engagements, as the position of five-eights is not easily filled.
