Helensville A. and P. Association-
A meeting of the above was held in the Secretary's office on Saturday evening- -last. Present Messrs C. H. Spinloy (chairman) and a fair attend? ance. Mr Sinclair's offer to provide refreshments was accepted. A letter was read from the Kaipara County Council re North-Auckland Court for the Auckland Exhibition. The matter was left over till next meeting to consider, and appoint delegates to attend a meeting to be held in Whang irei on Jan 22nd. It was decided to again provide hot water aud milk free 10 picnic partios on the ground. The stewards were empowered to procure necessary material for repairing pens, etc. The Secretary was instructed to call I tenders for music on day of Show. All judges have accepted office excepting the lady judges for the tent exhibits. The Secretary his received information from the Eailway Traffic manager that tho same airangements as last year would be made.
