BURNING FATALITY.

It is with regret -we have to report the death of Mrs Eliza Harden, aged 73 one of the oldest residents of Woodhill, and well respected throughout the district. Word was received in Helensville shortly after 12 30 on Saturday afternoon last that deceased had teen accidently burnt to death at her residence near' Woodhill, and Dr. Melnhold proceeded to the sctne and found deceased body much charred. It is thought that deceased had had a seizure while attending to domestic duties, and in falling her clothes had caught fire. The deceased leaves four daughters, Mrs Horace Phillips, of Helensville, Mrs Fletcher of MuiuAV ai, Mrs Jenkins of Mt. Albert, Mrs Ed. Phillips of Pukekohe, two sons, and a number of relatives and friends to mourn her loss. The funeral took place at Waikumete on Monday.
