Wide World Pictures
The Wide AVorld Picture Company offer a first class evening amusement to the Helensville Public to-night. The Pictures to be screened being of the very best procurable. The star for the evening is a Dramatic study entitled. " The little Organist " in which Mrs Cleves is advised to send her Child to the Country and accordingly entrusts the child to her sister Helen. The latter becomes the Organist at the Country Church where the Minister falls in love with her, Two gossips notice this, therefore they spread a rumour concerning the relationship of the clei'ic and the woman. The Minister hands vi his resignations and as he faces the mesting called to demand the same, the truth is told, there is a revival in feeling in favour of the Minister especially when he introduces Helen as his future wiie. A comedy called " Willie " shows some very fine work of the cowboys ac is a laugh promoter from beginning to end. " Silk Industry" is beautifully coloured and shows the little moth busy at work making silk. The Comic element is exceptionally good in "A Bogus Giant " Canine Swindlers, and Note in the Orange. The programme will be repeated on Thursday night and another programme will be screened on Saturday night.
