WAIMAUKU.

The election of the Hall committee takes place on the Bth inst. A concert and dance will be held in the new Hall on the 9th November, This will be the opening of the hall, and tbe management committee have spared no pains to arrange a programme in keeping with tbe occasion. There will be items by several of tb« best artists from Helensville and elsewhere, and a pleasurable evenings entertainment is assured. Fruit is looking well this season, and large crops are expected. The Waimauku. Lawn Tennis Club have just bad two new courts put down. Tbe membership of tbe club is about 20, amongst whom are some good players. This Club would be willing to meet a Helensville team either on their own courts or on the Waimauku Courts.
