The Marine Board lias announced iis decision in connection with the inquiry into the Lv-ee-raoon disaster. The certificate of Captain Webber has been cancelled, and that of the third officer (Mr Fothei ingham) suspended for one year. (Received August 17, 1.5 p.m.) Melhourne, August 17. The operations of the Victorian Sugar Works have been suspended, pending a revival of the sugar trade. Arrived, on Sunday morning, the P. and O. steamship Sutjej, with the English mails.
