THE CREW BROUGHT TO SYDNEY. PRODUCE MARKETS. (Received August 30, 11.50 a.m.) Sydney, August 13. The Marine Board held an inquiry into the loss of the steamship Ly-ee-Moon in May last, and found the same to have been caused by the faults of Captain Webber and Fotheringbam (third officer). The Board will give its decision as to their certificates on Monday next. Sailed, yesterday afternoon, the Union Company's steamship Mararoa, for Auckland and San Francisco. (Received August 13, 10.15 p.m.) I The Norwegian barque Bellona arrived to-day from New York. She brings with her the crew of the ship Royal Edward, which left Gloucester for Melbourne on the 10th April last. The latter vessel having become waterlogged, was abandoned at sea by the crew. Wheat and oats show a slight improvement on last quotations ; but maize and pollard have fallen. Sugar and potatoes are linn. New Zealand
wheat, 4a 4d a bushel; New Zealand oats, 2s 8d a bushel; maize, 56fts., 3s Id ; pollard, la a bushel; potatoes, 70s a ton. Sugar Company's No. 1, £25 a ton.
