(Received August 10, 12.45 p.m.) Sydney, August 10. The German warship Albatross, which has returned from a cruise in the Pacific, reports that she shelled the villages of several islands where Germans had been murdered, and killed twelve and wounded forty natives. The Government has now under consideration the proposal for the celebration of the centenary of New South Wales.
