Friday, February 5. [Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.] APPLICATIONS. John Quinn, by his agent Mr Seddon, applied for a residence area fronting Blake's Tiara way, east of Dillman's Town. —Granted. The application of Patrick O'Rourke, by his agent Mr Flanuan, for a residence area fronting Blake's old tramway, near Dillman's, objeuted to by Mr Seddon on behalf of Ross Cunningham, who stated that the interest of the late James Woods in the said residence area had been transferred to him, was withdrawn.
William Hassall and George Rich applied, by their agent Mr Hanuan, for an extended claim at Nardoo Terrace. Granted.
Thomas Morgan and Thomas Jamieson, by their agent Mr Hannan, applied to construct a tail-race at Nardoo Terrace.—Granted. William Jones and others, by their agent Mr Hannan, applied for three months' protection, for want of water until Mr J. Holmes' water-race is constructed.—Gran ted.
