An Imperial order has been published, in which his Majesty the Czar eulogises the courage and activity displayed by the Bulgarian and Roumelian troops in the recent engagement in the Balkans. • [special to press association. I London, November 27. Prince Alexander, at the head of 50,000 men, is marching on Pirot. Austria is insisting on an armistice between Servia and Bulgaria. During the attack on Widdin by the Servians they lost 2000 men. November 25. Intelligence received from Sofia states that desperate fighting has taken place at Pirot during the last two days, between the Bulgarian and Serviau troops. A despatch from "Widdin announces that the Bulgarians made a sortie upon the Servians encamped in the neighbourhood, but were repulsed. Austria has made threats of war unless an armistice is arranged between the Servians aud Bulgarians. November 30. Austria is largely mobilising her army.
