King Milan, of Servia, has refused to receive a messenger who was the bearer of an autograph letter from Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, proposing an entente cordiale between the two States. It is announced that the British Government has warned Greece and Servia of the consequences of adhering to their present aggressive policy.
