CONFERENCE OF AMBASSADORS AT CONSTANTINOPLE.
VOTE OF SKUPSCHTINA FOR SERVIAN ARMAMENT. (Received October 6, 1 a.m.) Constantinople, October 5. The Conference of Ambassadors commenced its sittings to-day, and a common decision has been arrived at. The report will be required to be laid before the Cabinet. Belgrade, October 5. The Skupschtina has voted the sum asked for by King Milan towards increasing the Servian armament.
