(Received September 12, 1.30 a.m.) Sydney, September 11. The amendments to the address in reply to the Governor’s speech are still before the Legislative Assembly. The debate continues slowly ; but, last night, the speeches made by the various members were of a decidedly personal nature. (Received September 12, noon.) Adelaide, September 12. Shipping wheat is steady at 4s. Flour : town brands, £7 6s to ,£8 10s per ton ; country brands, £7 12s 6d to £7 15s.
