■-- ■ - - -Q. [UNITKD PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Weltjlnciton, July S. The new writ for the Bruco seat was issued this morning, and made returnable by the 18th August. July 9. The tender of the Union Insurance Company for Insuring the Exhibition building and contents has been excepted. An accident of a painful nature occurred at the excavation works on the Clyde quarry to-day. One of the men engaged in stripping a high cliff accidentally let a pick fall, which struck a man named Doyle working beneath on the back, the point of the pick penetrating his lung.
