The remaining members of the new Ministry have all been re-elected without opposition, with the exception of Lord Randolph Churchill, who is opposed in his candidature for Woodstock. (Received July 3, 1.5 a.m.) July 2. It is affirmed that it has been positively decided to retain possession of the province of Dongola by British troops as far south as Akeheesb. A loan of £3,500,000 is aunounced for the Indian Government. Per Merchant Shipping and Underwriter's Association : Arrived, the Opawa, from Wellington, April 26.
