[united press association.] Dunedin, November 14. Sixteen years au undiscovered robbery of jewellery took place from the Camp Hotel, Milton. A few days ago Mr Julius, who was then proprietor, received a parcel from Sydney containing jewellery and £5 10s ill money, to cover the value if any was missing. The writer regretted that circumstances prevented earlier restitution. It is tmderstood the police are on the track of the person who attempted to wreck a train near Milton. Auckland, November 14. Professor Martin Swallow has been committed for trial on three charges of indecent assault, and admitted to bail, himself £IOO and two sureties of £SO each.
