The police have effected the arrest at Birkenhead of a man named Daley, who has been identified as having been concerned in the recent dynamite outrages. Five infernal machines were found in the prisoner’s possession. The police have also arrested at Birmingham a man named Egan, who is known to have been an accomplice of Daley’s. Cairo, April 12. Telegrams to hand to-day from Souakim report the arrival there of a battaliion of Egyptian troops to form part of the garrison at that port.
