Stratford, Esq., R.M.] In the matter of the information of William Bui-Held Galhiud of alleged assault by Reulieu Toms, informant did not appear ; and his Worship, addressing defendant, said : "If there is no evidence, the case is dismissed." Accetla.—No pearance of defendant.— This case adjourned from the 10th to the 22ndj and again till to-day, to allow of each party certifying to the correctness of the accounts. .£ll 4s 6£d, plaintiff stated, was correct.
