STONEWALLING THE REDISTRIBUTION OF SEATS BILL.
[SPECIAL TO KUMARA TIMES.] Wellington, August 30. The stonewalling is still going on. The Premier's cloture motions were ruled out of order by the Speaker. Sir G. Grey warned the colony of the avarice of Otago and Canterbury. Mr Sheehan has joined the political builders; they now number 13 each, and are pledged to oppose the Redistribution of Seats Bill and also the Government. The Government have lost four supporters, and are now in a minority.
