BRITISH AND FOREIGN. London, July 13. In the House of Commons to-day, the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration in Committee. The clause providing for the making of giants to facilitate emigration came up for discussion, and was strongly opposed by the Irish members, who are using eveVy means to obstruct its passage. The debate on the clause continues. Paris, July 13. Telegrams have been received to-day from Tunis announcing that the revolt of the Arabs is spreading. The tribes at Gabes, a seaport in the Gulf of the same name, on the Tunisian coast, have now risen. The French and other European residents in the town have consequently taken refuge on board the shipping in port. Intelligence has been received from Tripoli that several Turkish ironclads have arrived off the capital. The French warships in the same waters are watching the movements of the Turkish vessels. — —. LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Adelaide, July ,15. The barque Sarah Bell, bound from Port Victoria to London, has put in here. A mutiny broke out on board. .The captain was placed in irons, and ‘the vessel brought into port here. An attempt was made to fire the vessel by upsetting paraffine. The accounts of the affair are most conflicting, hut there appears to be every reason to believe that the captain was to blame. Sydney, July 14. The detached squadron arrived in Port Jackson this morning. No fresh cases of small pox have been reported to the authorities since Tuesday last.

July 15. Mrs Fisher, who has been suffering from small-pox for some days, died at the quarantine station yesterday of the disease.
