Melbourne, May 14. Henderson, owuer of the steamer India, Wright, Captain, and Wallace, purser, were brought up at the Police Court to-day and remanded to the 20tb May. May 16. The Argus to-day, states that differen'ces are existing in the Ministry regarding the Reform Bill-, and that a Cabinet Council has been summoned for today, to consider the amendments made in the measure by the Legislative Council. Albany, May 16. H.M.S. Bacchante, with Prince Albert Victor and Prince George of Wales on board, arrived in King George's Sound to-day with her rudder disabled. She parted Company with the detached squadron on Thursday last, the 12th inst. The following information has beeil supplied by the officers of H.M.S. Bacchante:,—After leaving the Cape, the detached squadron met with favorable weather until inst., when the wind freshened and increased to a heavy gale during the night, and on Thursday morning a heavy sea struck the Bacchante, carrying away one of her life-boats; and at midday another sea broke aboard, disabling the steering gear. A jury rudder was rigged, and the Bacchante made for King George's Sound to repair damage. She leaves as soon as possible for Cape Otway, where the squadron are to rendezvous on the 19th inst. The Royal Piinces are in good health. No causalties occurred on board the Bacchante during the storm which she experienced on 11th and 12 th inst.
