Eighteen of Dublin University team—commenced at Dublin to-day. Great interest was taken in the match. The Australians went in first, and scored 220, Slight being not out for 50. The Home team then went in, and when the stumps were drawn had lost one wicket for seven runs. In the House of Commons to-day a Bill deal ing with the question of Irish relief was read a second time. Consols have further risen one quaiter, and are to-day quoted at 98-t, ex dividend. New Zealand securities arc unchanged. The markets for Australian and New Zealand breadstuffs are quiet, and without change in price. Athens, June IS. The Greek Government has sent a circular note to the Great Powers setting forth a claim for territory between Janino and Prevesa, in the south of Albania, and for an extensive district in the Province of Thesealy. The demands ot the Government will, it is announced, be referred to the special commission to he despatched by the
Berlin Conference to settle the TurkoGreek Frontier question on the spot. LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Melbourne, June 19. In the Assembly last night Mr Service madb a speech, in the course of which be said he was aware his party was on the eve of a great political battle, blit he would not abandon his great political position, as he was convinced the country was favorable to bis scheme of reform.
