Thursday, February 14. [Before M. Price, Esq., R.M.] Drunkenness.— John Saunders, for having been drunk and disorderly, was fined 10s ; in default 24 hours’ imprisonment. Charles Thompson, charged with the same offence, failing to appear to his bail, his Worship ordered that notice be given to his surety that his recognizance would be estreated. Breaches op the Peace. —Luigi Lillie, for having committed a breach of the peace in view of a constable, was fined 10s ; in default 24 hours’ irn prison ment. Thomas Chambers, for a similar offence, was fined in a like penalty with the same alternative. Civil gases.—A number of unimporteut civil cases were disposed of.
