Magisterial Districts.
DIVISION OF WAIKATO. MR CUTTEN TAKES SOUTHERN PORTION. For some tima it has baing going the rounds of the Press that Mr E. 0. Outthing official had been made pubiie. Now, however, waue in a position to Bay that Dame Rumour baa in thi. in stance proved herealf truthful, official notification ot the appointment having been received. As Mr Cutten does not arrive in Hamilton till about the middie of February, it is probable that Mr Northerott will preside over one more sitting here. The boundaries have not been yet defiuately fixed, but tbe follovring forecast will be found somewfcatnear tba mark. The present district will ba divided into two, the northern being taken by Me Nortborott Who will include in his itinerary : One. bungs (at preSant within Mr Dyer's iunsliction), Otahuhu, Papakura, Pukokohe, Wsiuku, Mercer, Huntly, Ngaruawabia and Raglan. The southern district, ever which Mr Cutten will preside, will include : Hamilton, Oambridge, Rotorua, Te Arabs, Otorohanga Te Kuiti, Tsumaranui, Kawhia and Taupo. In all probability a Court will be held st Maliara, in Ute Ohura Valley, and there is alst> under iionsiaerauon the question af holding one in tbe Woihou Valley, either at MorriosviUe, Metadata or Pataruru.
