(By Telegraph.) (Special to the settler.) Wellington, Thursday. The Financial Statement appears to have given general satisfaction. The debate upon it will begin next Tuesday. In the meantime politics are very dead. The Minister of Just'ce has promhed Mr Greenslade, M.H.R., that he will enquire into the hen. member's proposal that an additional Stipendary Magistrate shall be appint;tel for the Waikato and King Oonntry districts.
