DUBLIC .NOTICE ia hereby given ,JL 1! ■* tin. following Special Order making a Bpscial Hale to meet the inwest and other charges on a Loan of Five Thousand Pounds was duly oa.red at a Sproial Meeting of the Councd on ibo 21st January, 1907, viz.: Tbr.t in pursuance and rxrroire of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “ Tin Local Bodies Loans Act, 11.01," :ls Kawhi'i C only Coon cil hereby .resches as follows : That for ths purpose of providing the interest and o'her chargee on a Loan of Five Thousand Pounds (£5000) (this is a portion of a Loan of £12,000 for 2 Bucctssivs years expenditure) authorised iobs raised by the Kawbia County Council under the ab ve named Act, for the purp ise of providing for the Widening and Metalling of the Ma-hoenui-Kawhia Road, the eaid Loan to bo for a period of 41 years, and that tbe interest to be paid is at the rate of 4 pet centum pet annum, the eaid Kawhia County Council hereby makes and leviea a Special Rate of 3fd in tbe .£ upon tbe rateable value of all rateable properly in the Mahoenui-Kawbia Special Rating District, comprising : All those suctions abutting the said Mahoenui Kawhia road from Lemon Point to where tha Maboenui-Kawhia road crosses tha Marokopa Biver ; and a rate of 1 18 1W in the £ on sections 21,| 22, 28, block I, section la, block lII,' sections la, 2, 11, 12, block V, sections 8,4, block VI, section 2,3, block IX, and section 8, block X, and that such Special Bate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of snob Loan, and shall be payable on the Ist day of July in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a period of 41 years, or until such L an is fully paid off. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that tbe following Special Order making a Special Role to meet tbe interest and other charges on a Loan ol Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds was duly passed at a Special Meeting of the Council on the 21st January, 1907, viz. : That in pursuance and exercise of tbe powers vested in it in that behalf by “ Thu Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," the Kawhia County Council hereby resolves as follows : Thai for tbe purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£250) ( hi" is a porti n. of a Loan of £12,000 tor two successive years expenditure) authorised to be raised by the Kawhia County Council under the above named Act, for the purpose of providing for the Forming and Metalling of the Ronds in the Kawhia, Te Puru and Karewa Townships and in tbe Kawhia Riding, the said Loan to be for a period of 41 years, and that the interest to be paid is at tbe rate of 4 per centum per annum, the raid Kawhia County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of in tbe £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Kawhia Special Rating District, comprising:—Section W, No. 2s; Titoki, Koreatua ; Reserve II; 6008 r., No. 1, block V, Pourewa ; 80961 c, blocks V, VI; 609811 /n 0,2 block IX; 6096 a, Pakirikiri, block V ; 6096”, Sec. 2, pt. 8; P 6096, block VI ; 6036"., block V, 6096 1 " and P 1,2, 8, 4,5 and 7, block IX ; P 9, Matungoio ; rec. res.; pt. of Pl. 11, block IX; Kawhia M, block IX; P2, block X; lots 1,2, 8 4,5, 0, 7 and 8, PB, block X, all Kawhia North ; sections 1 to 11, block I; Ito 12, block II; Ito 4, block III; 1 to 10, block IV ; Ito 8, block V; Ito 12, block VI; Ito 6, block VII; Ito 11, block VIII; Ito 5, block IX ; and 1, block X, Kawhia Town : sections 1 to 19, block I; Ito 28, block II; and 1 io 8, block HI, Te Puru Township; 1 to 67 and 1 to 89, Karewa Towneuip, and on all Native Lands in Kawbia Riding; and that such Special Rate shall bo an annua! recurring rate during tbe currency ol such Loan, and shell be payable on the Ist day of July in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a period of 41 years, or until such Loan is fully paid off.
