KAWHIA COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPSCIAL RATE. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that tbe following Special Order making a Special Rate to meet the interest and other chargee on a Loan of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds was duly passed at a Special Meeting of the Council ou tbe 21at January, 1907, viz.: That in pursuanoe aod exercise of the powers vested tn It in that behalf by *• The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” tba Kawhia County Council hereby resolves as follows: That for tbe purpose of providing tbe interest aod other charges on a Loan of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£1750) (this Is portion of a Loan of £12,000 for two successive yean ex penditure) authorised to be raided by the Kawhia County Council, under the above named Act, for the purpose of providing for the Widening and Metalling of the Pirongia West Road, the said Loan to be for a period of 41 years, and that tbe interest to be paid is at the rate of 4 per oentam par annum, the said Kawhia Oounty Gounod hereby makes and levies a special rata of 1 11 161 in the £ tbe rateable value of all rateable in the Pirongia West Special Bating DiaMct, comprising (—Sections 1,2 and 8, block I, Pirongia West; sections 1 and 2, block IV, Kawhia North ; swticn 1, block VIII; sections 1,2, 8,4, Pir ngia West ; and half rates on sections 2 and 8, bl >ck VI11; and that such Special B»te shall be an annual recurring rate daring tbe currency of such Goan, and shall be payable on the Ist day of July in each aod every year during tba currency of such Loan, bwing a period of 41 years, or until such time as the Loan is fully paid off.
