Marokopa.

(FROM OUR OWN CORBE3PONDENV.) At a meeting held at the Marokopa Heads on Sunday, 20ih inst., a football club was formed, to be called the “ Marokopa-Takutai Football Club.” The following officers were elected Patron. Mr H. J. Greenslade, M.H.R.; president, Mr R. Gregg; vios-presi-denta, Messrs Wouldes,. Johnston, J. Smith, J. Willison and J. Kianane; captain, Mr R. Bell; vice-captain. Huri; secretary and treasurer, Mr. P. C. Rose. The subscription was fixed at 2s 6-1. It was decided that the c >lours blue and black—black jerseys and blue dungaree pants. Ab rat 20 members were eteoted, the first practice to be on Sunday, May 27th. Tbe bead quarters of the club will be at Puketua, Marokopa He*d*.
